What’s the difference between the Six Week Summer Shred and the Lite version?
The Lite version is a more simplified approach, perfect if you're after structure without the extras and aren't looking for group support or mindset coaching. It includes a 6-week workout plan (home or gym-friendly), 5 sampler recipes, and an on-demand format so you can train anytime, anywhere.
The Full Six Week Summer Shred includes everything in the Lite version plus:

Is the program suitable for beginners?
Absolutely! Both the full and Lite versions are designed to suit all fitness levels. Whether you're just starting or getting back into it, the plans are adaptable.
What equipment do I need?
You can do the workouts at home or in the gym. Modifications are provided so you can make it work with what you have and alternatives are given if your gym doesn't have certain pieces of equipment.
Can I start at anytime?
Technically, yes! Both the full and Lite versions of the course are on-demand, and you’ll have access for 3 months, so you can begin your 6-week journey whenever it suits you. If you want to join later, please feel free to do so. However, we encourage for everyone to start together on May 26th for that group energy and shared motivation. Also, prizes are only up for grabs during the official shred window, which runs until July 6th.
Are meal plans included?
The Lite version includes 5 sampler recipes to get you started. The full course offers 10+ meal templates and flexible food ideas to support your shred, plus mindset coaching to help shift your relationship with food.
